Collaborative Law – Divorce in New York State Doesn’t Have To Be Acrimonious
In the early 90′s a family attorney from Minnesota by the name of Stuart Webb came up with a cutting-edge method to cope with a diverse array of legal issues relating to family law. This new approach is now generally referred to as collaborative law. With collaborative law all parties agree to collaborate with a team of legal professionals to resolve issues in a friendly, non confrontational manner and without the need of court appearances.
